Natural Sun-Dried Tomato Powder Ground Sun Dried Tomato

Our Natural Sun-Dried Tomatoes are lightly salted to aid the drying process but contain no other ingredients. They range from rich brick-red to deep red-brown in color. Select Sun-Dried Tomato halves are ground into powder and sifted through the #30 mesh screen. The powder is a rich brick-red color.

Uses:

• Great as a condiment, a base for sauces, or even as a colorful, flavorful garnish
• Traditional Sun-Dried Tomatoes also add an intense burst of flavor and a mellow red color when mixed into the dough, bread, or crusts
• Easily add to soups, spreads, pizzas, or dressings

Storage & handling:

Store in a dry, cool place for up to 12 months under optimal storage conditions.
